For unwanted items only, we operate a very simple no-fuss
30 Day Returns Policy:
1. Simply let us know via the eBay messaging system within 30 days of receiving
the item that you wish to return.
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Once we have received the item and we have confirmed it is in the same
condition that it was sent out to you, we will process your refund.
Please note that for unwanted item returns, you will need to cover the cost
delivery to us.
For faulty items that have been installed or certain electrical appliances that
are hard-wired we may ask to see Proof of Installation by an electrician. We
will require a Gas Installation Certificate for all gas appliances.
All items carry a 3-month parts guarantee issued by
Cookology which is subject to provisions that the appliance:
